Firstly, we're sorry to hear that your box has not arrived within your selected delivery window. We are always working with our shipping partners to provide a more transparent, efficient and reliable delivery process. On occasion, and for a various number of reasons, deliveries can be delayed from time to time. We always try to reach out proactively if we learn of any disruptions to our shipping schedule.
- In the case that your delivery has not arrived on time, the first thing we recommend for you to do is to track your delivery by referring to the tracking link sent via SMS.
- If your delivery window has past and your box still has not arrived please reach out to our customer communications team so we are able to investigate your issue with our delivery partners.
If your Dinnerly box arrives after the delivery window has passed we recommend checking your cool bag to ensure proteins and chilled items have remained cool in transit. We pack our boxes with ice and insulation to ensure the boxes can withstand unforeseen delays, however, depending on the length of the delay as well as various external factors, you may not be able to use the ingredients in the box. Items in the box that have remained chilled will be perfectly safe to use.
