As part of our commitment to avoid wasting food, our procurement team needs some time before the production of each box to purchase your ingredients. Your Dinnerly box will be billed 6-7 days before your scheduled delivery day, depending on the transit time of your box and your delivery area. After we bill you, we will not be able to make any changes to your box.
We will also send you a reminder email 9-10 days in advance of the delivery day. This will let you know the deadline for changes to each order.
