Firstly, we're sorry to hear that your box has not arrived in your selected delivery window. We are always working with our shipping partners to provide a more transparent, efficient and reliable delivery process. On occasion and for a various number of reasons deliveries can be delayed from time to time. We always try to reach out proactively if we learn of any disruptions to our shipping schedule.
In the case that your delivery has not arrived on time, the first thing we recommend for you to do is to track your delivery directly on our shipping partners. Learn how to do that here.
If your delivery window has past and your box still has not arrived please reach out to us so we are able to investigate your issue with the shipper.
If your Dinnerly box arrives after the delivery window has passed we recommend checking your cool bag to ensure proteins and chilled items have remained cool throughout the transit. We pack our boxes with extra ice and insulation to ensure the boxes can withstand unforeseen delays, however, depending on the length of the delay as well as various external factors, it can also happen that the ingredients in the box will no longer be usable. Items in the box that have remained chilled will perfectly safe to use.
