You received a new card and want to make sure you don’t miss out on your delicious Dinnerly box? Updating your payment method will be super quick:

Login to your Dinnerly account;

At the top of the page, click the ‘User information’ tab;

In this page, you will have your account details. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and you should find a box titled ‘My billing details’;

Click ‘Edit billing details’, on the right-hand side;

Next, fill in the details as requested – and remember to press ‘Save changes’ to make sure your new payment method stays in the system!
If you have any trouble doing this, our Customer Communications team will be available to guide you through the process. However, please note that they will not be able to take your payment details for safety reasons.
