As part of our commitment to avoid wasting food, our procurement team needs some time before the production of each box to purchase of your ingredients. Your Dinnerly box will be billed 5-6 days in advance of your delivery day, depending on the transit time of your box and your delivery area. After we bill you, we will not be able to make any changes to your box.
You will be able to see how long you have left to edit your orders by following these steps:
Go to dinnerly.com and login to your Dinnerly account;
At the top of the page, click the ‘Orders’ tab (it’s right by the Dinnerly logo);
Under ‘Current orders’, scroll down to the relevant order;
Each upcoming order will indicate the time left to edit or skip
In addition to this, we will also send you a reminder email 9-10 days in advance of the delivery day. This will let you know the deadline for changes to each order.
