As part of our commitment to avoid wasting food, our procurement team needs some time before the production of each box to purchase your ingredients. Your Dinnerly box will be billed 5-6 days in advance of your delivery day, depending on the transit time of your box and your delivery area. After the cut-off, the day before you are billed, we are not able to make any changes to your box.
You will be able to see how long you have left to edit your orders by following these steps:
- Go to dinnerly.com and log in to your Dinnerly account
- At the top of the page, click the "Orders" tab (it's right by the Dinnerly logo)
- Under "Current orders", scroll down to the relevant order
- Each upcoming order will indicate the time left to edit or skip (please keep in mind that "1 day left to edit" means you are already on the last day to make any changes)
In addition to this, we will also send you a reminder email 9-10 days in advance of the delivery day. This will let you know the deadline for making changes to the order.
