We get that you may not want to cook every week, so our service is completely flexible.
An order is placed in your account every week, but you decide for yourself which weeks you do and don't want to receive a box from us.
You can skip any week that doesn't work for you, or you can pause your subscription at any time. You can also change the number of portions you'd like to cook.
Once an order is generated, you have until 4–7 days before delivery to edit or skip that order, depending on your location.
It is also possible to cancel your membership at any time, even immediately after your first order. Please note that first orders lock automatically, so you’ll need to contact our Customer Communications team to cancel or change that order.
