While we'd hate to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel, log in to your account and go to the "Settings" tab. Scroll down to the "Manage subscription" section and select "Manage subscription" on the right-hand side. Click on "Stop Subscription", then "Continue". Follow the prompts, then select "Cancel account", and "Proceed". You will see a confirmation on the screen that your subscription has been stopped and you will not receive any more boxes. We also send an email confirming the cancellation has gone through successfully.
Important information about first orders
Your first order is locked immediately when your account is created. Because of this, if you wish to cancel or change your first order, you will need to contact our Customer Communications team directly by emailing hi@dinnerly.com.au or calling 02 9056 7570. They can help cancel or reschedule this first order for you.
Please note that if the next order’s cutoff has passed, that order is already being processed, and cancelling your account will not cancel that delivery.
Reactivating your subscription
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your account by logging in and clicking on "Reactivate Subscription". Select your preferred date and delivery time slot for your first order. If you have received a discount offer you can apply that here by clicking on "I have a voucher code". Then "Reactivate & Choose Recipes" and you are good to go!
If you have been away for some time, please remember to check your delivery address is still correct - we don't want to send your meals to the wrong state!
