When the driver is near, an SMS will be sent to your registered number, and
another message will be sent when the delivery is made.
However, if you have specific requirements for your deliveries, you can add delivery instructions to your address details. The driver will not knock or ring the door bell unless specified in the delivery instructions.
Drivers will attempt to make contact with you, but will not be waiting for a response as
they often have other deliveries to get to.
Please note, with early morning deliveries (11PM to 7.30AM) our drivers will
not make any contact – this is to avoid waking anyone up.
