Firstly, we're very sorry to hear that your box has not arrived within your selected delivery window. We are always working with our shipping partners to provide a more transparent, efficient and reliable delivery process. On rare occasions, for various reasons, deliveries can be delayed. We always try to reach out proactively if we learn of any disruptions to our shipping schedule.
In the case that your delivery has not arrived on time, the first thing we recommend you do is track your delivery directly with our shipping partners. Learn how to do that here
If your delivery window has passed and your box still has not arrived please reach out to our Customer Communications team so we can investigate your issue with the shipper
If your Dinnerly box arrives after the delivery window has passed we recommend checking the cool bag to ensure proteins and chilled items have remained cold in transit. We pack our boxes with extra ice and insulation to ensure the ingredients withstand unforeseen delays. However, depending on the length of the delay as well as various external factors, it can also happen that some of the ingredients in the box will no longer be usable. Items in the box that have remained cold will be perfectly safe to use. Please contact our Customer Communications team if there is any issue with your ingredients.
