You can update your address in your profile by doing the following:
Go to "User information" - Under "My address book", you will see your current address and the option to "Add new".
After clicking on the "Add new" option, you can enter the alternative address you would like to add and save these details, or you can save the new address as your default delivery address for future orders (please note that in certain instances, such as a change of state, the system might not be able to automatically update the orders currently displayed in your account and you will need to manually confirm those changes to prevent the orders being sent to the last confirmed address).
If you'd like to change the address for a single delivery head to the "Orders" tab and under the recipes for each week you will see your address with "Change" under it. Click here and all your addresses be shown. Click on the address you would like this particular box to be sent to and save your changes. It is not currently possible to change the address of a single order through the app but we are working on it!
Always check your email for confirmation of any changes that have been made to your account, as we'll also notify you if any actions need to be manually taken by you.
If you're having trouble, your delivery address will not update, or you would like to change an address for an order in progress, please reach out to our customer communications team via our contact form or the live chat option.
Please be aware that once an order's cutoff has passed, we are no longer able to edit the order in your account and, if redirecting the order is possible (which needs to be within the same delivery area and requested at least 48 hours before the delivery day), we will need to reach out to our delivery partner to see if they can accommodate your request.
