Every week we have a selection of meals that are customizable and allow you to choose the protein or side that you prefer. For example, for a delicious Tex-Mex taco dish, you may have the options of lamb, turkey, or beef as the protein. Or there might be the choice of basmati rice, ready-to-heat rice, or cauliflower rice to go with your Teriyaki beef. These meals are indicated by a "Customize" label in the image of the meal in your order.
To customize a dish, simply click on the recipe image or on the "Customize +" label. You will be shown the different options available for that dish, and can select your choice, then click "Add". Your custom choice will appear under the name of the dish at the checkout, so you can see the preference you've chosen there as well.
At this time, unfortunately, we are not able to customize your dishes to omit particular ingredients, should you have specific dietary requirements. The ingredient list for each meal is included on the recipe card (available by clicking on the image of the meal in the menu or in your order) so you can identify which meals are the best fit. Alternatively, you can always swap out or omit any ingredient that won’t work for you.
