As part of our commitment to avoid wasting food, our procurement team needs some time before the production of each box to purchase your ingredients, so it is not possible to edit or cancel an order once it is in progress.
Your Dinnerly box is billed 5-6 days in advance of your delivery day, depending on the transit time of your box and your delivery area. After the cutoff, at 11:59 pm the day before billing, we are not able to make any changes to your order.
You can see how long you have left to edit your orders by following these steps:
- Log in and go to "Orders"
- Under "Current orders", scroll down to the relevant order
Each upcoming order will indicate the time left to edit or skip (please keep in mind that "1 day left to edit" means that you are already on the last day to take action):
In addition to this, we will also send you a reminder email 9-10 days in advance of the delivery day. This will let you know the deadline for making changes to that order.
