While we'd hate to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
You can do this by logging in to your account and going to the "Settings" tab. Scroll down to the "Manage subscription" section and select "Manage subscription" on the right-hand side. Click on "Stop Subscription", then "Continue". Follow the prompts, then select "Cancel account", and "Proceed". You will see a confirmation on the screen that your subscription has been stopped and you will not receive any more boxes. We also send an email confirming the cancelation has gone through successfully.
Please note that if the next order's cutoff has passed, that order is already being processed and the account termination will not cancel the delivery.
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your account by logging in and clicking on "Reactivate Subscription". Select your preferred date and delivery time slot for your first order. If you have received a discount offer you can apply that here by clicking on "I have a voucher code". Then "Reactivate & Choose Recipes" and you are good to go!
If you have been away for some time, please remember to check your delivery address is still correct - we don't want to send your meals to the wrong state!
