If you have never had an account with us, please understand that due to the nature of our letterbox campaigns, where flyers are distributed en masse to different postcodes across Australia, we are unable to exclude specific addresses from receiving our material. However, we want to assure you that Australia Post endeavours to avoid sending Dinnerly flyers to addresses with "no junk" signs on their letterboxes.
If you have a "no junk" sign displayed on your letterbox and continue to receive Dinnerly material, we apologise for the oversight and kindly ask you to reach out to us with that feedback. This way, we can keep a record of your details to pass on to our flyer distribution partner to ensure your address is removed from future mailings.
